Olive Hill, Paros, Greece is a residential project set within an existing olive grove, designed to open toward light, wind, and landscape. The architecture follows the natural topography of the site, allowing the built volumes to sit gently within the terrain while preserving the character of the land.
The project unfolds as a sequence of villas, outdoor terraces, and shaded transitions. Movement across Olive Hill, Paros, Greece is gradual, defined by paths, thresholds, and moments of pause. Each residence is positioned to frame views while maintaining privacy and a quiet relationship with the surrounding landscape. Materials are selected for their tactile presence and longevity, reinforcing a sense of permanence and calm.
Alongside the residential units, Olive Hill, Paros, Greece incorporates a dedicated yoga retreat integrated into the natural environment. Outdoor gathering areas, calm courtyards, and soft transitions between interior and exterior create a setting oriented toward rest and well-being. The retreat spaces are conceived as extensions of the terrain, allowing architecture and landscape to remain in balance.
The design prioritizes experience over form. Indoor living areas extend toward shaded terraces, supporting a slower rhythm of everyday life. Light, shadow, and natural textures define the atmosphere throughout the day, while distant views toward the sea remain present across multiple points of the site.
Olive Hill, Paros, Greece is conceived as a landscape-driven composition where built form and open space work together. The olive grove, terrain, and changing light become active elements of the architecture, shaping a calm environment rooted in place and designed for long-term presence.
