Olive Hill in Paros, Greece is a residential project carefully embedded within an existing olive grove, where architecture and landscape are treated as a unified composition. The design responds directly to the site’s natural topography, allowing the built volumes to settle gently into the terrain while preserving the integrity and character of the land. Rather than imposing a dominant form, the project embraces a quiet architectural language that prioritizes continuity with its surroundings.

Το αρχικό σπίτι, το οποίο βρίσκεται ανάμεσα σε έναν ελαιώνα, αποτελεί μέρος μιας αποκλειστικής ανάπτυξης που περιλαμβάνει τέσσερα ξεχωριστά οικόπεδα. Αυτός ο προσεκτικά σχεδιασμένος συγκρότημα θα προσφέρει όχι μόνο κατοικίες, αλλά και μια ειδικά διαμορφωμένη εγκατάσταση για απο retreat γιόγκα. Η ενσωμάτωση του retreat μέσα στο φυσικό τοπίο στοχεύει στη δημιουργία ενός αρμονικού περιβάλλοντος, συνδυάζοντας την ηρεμία με την ευεξία. Ολόκληρο το έργο έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προσφέρει μια ολιστική εμπειρία, προάγοντας την ευημερία μέσω της αρχιτεκτονικής του και του φυσικού τοπίου.

Blending seamlessly with the natural landscape and rugged mountains of Amorgos, “THE EYE” reflects all the traditional characteristics of the island. Inspired also by the impressive Chozoviotissa Monastery, it incorporates various materials, skylights, and mysterious large corridors, creating a captivating experience for the visitor.

Η βίλα επιδιώκει να εκφράσει σύγχρονες αρχιτεκτονικές γραμμές εμπνευσμένες από παραδοσιακά στοιχεία, δημιουργώντας μια βαθιά σύνδεση με τη φύση και την επιβλητική παρουσία του νερού. Ο βασικός στόχος είναι να δημιουργηθεί μια κατοικία που συνδυάζει με επιτυχία την παραδοσιακή χειροτεχνία με τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνολογίες, διαμορφώνοντας ένα περιβάλλον που αποπνέει τόσο αγνότητα όσο και σύγχρονη άνεση.
