Pearl Harbor Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Matogianni, Mykonos, Greece

The Trendy Mykonian Style

The project was the reconversion of the famous Bolero Club in a Sushi Restaurant, in the heart of Mykonos Village, in Matogianni Street. The challenge was to create space where two complete opposite aesthetic, Japanese and Mykonian, are married harmoniously.

The traditional wood ceiling beams turns into a geometric game. The monochrome Mykonian windows darkens to anthracite turning simplicity into elegance, while the combination of warm and cool lighting creates a trendy atmosphere.
